Today is the last day of week around the world, and we wrap up with a familiar friendly country, Malaysia. These cards come from Bree and SLLiew, both fellow postcard bloggers.
Georgetown’s UNESCO site is hard to collect because there are so many buildings and important parts that they won’t all fit on a card. But here I have four new parts for the collection on one card (how efficient!) Clockwise from top left: the Goddess of Mercy Temple, the Kapitan Kling Mosque, the Sri Maha Mariamman Temple, and St George’s Church.
This card shows the Eagle Square in Langkawi.
This is the Prime Minister’s Office Complex in Putrajaya.
There are also two new stamps, and I really like them:
This stamp shows a sea turtle.
This one shows a Mandarinfish, which is a fish I was not familiar with. It is very colorful, but odd looking!
So, this finishes the week around the world, but hopefully I will be better about posting in the near future! I have certainly shortened the stack of cards I have to post about. Now I will just have to arrange some new trades so that my stack gets tall again!
