Flamingold sent these great views of Singapore, one that’s very serene and one that is quite the opposite:
Sri Mariamman Temple is a Hindu temple founded in 1827. It’s not a UNESCO site, but with its fancy gopuram (tower), it very well may be someday. It is a National Monument in Singapore and a popular tourist attraction.
Universal Studios Singapore is another big tourist draw, but probably for a different reason. I didn’t even know that there was a Universal Studios in Singapore, but perhaps that is because it only had its grand opening in 2011.
I’ve already received a beautiful stamp showing Singapore’s orchids, but now I have four new and equally wonderful stamps to share:
The stamp on the left shows a traditional Singaporean dessert/sweet, and the one on the left is for the Year of the Dragon, of course.
I love how flamingold used so many nice stamps! A combination of new stamps is always a delight for me to receive. How about you? Do you like seeing new stamps?
